And I've been...well, I wouldn't say working like a dog. More like a cat, or parakeet.

For anyone who watches this page, ( or, heaven help you for being so bored, reads these journal entries,) you've probably noticed that I haven't been around much. Well, don't get too comfortable. I'm not permanently MIA. I've been working hard to get into school, which is harder than actually going to school. Too much paperwork!

So far, I haven't actually made it into school, but I am in classes extracted from the program and given ahead of time, so that I can qualify to get in and take the same classes. ( I'll think that is so funny in about fifty years.)

My next respite is in two weeks from Monday. I intend to take a day off, come to DA, and bother the pencil leads off of everyone. So be prepared. I might even upload something. That illustration from 'Crime and Punishment maybe...', or I might just cruise around and look at what all my groovy friends have been drawing, because they are all cool enough and talented enough to be able to draw on demand.

Until then...

I'm off to face the world and go on the quest no artist wants to face...the search for the legitimate career.
